Target group: Young female academics (from doctoral to postdoctoral candidates, international and German-speaking mentoring groups)

Objective of the programme:
To increase the number of female professors at the MUHS/UKD and the number of female managers in the private sector.

Description of the programme:
Since 2006, the SelmaMeyerMentoring program has supported female scientists from all five faculties of the Marien University Hospital & School in planning and developing their careers at or outside the university with the aim of increasing the number of female executives.

Capacity: 14-16 persons
Duration: 18 months
