Departments

MUHS’s Central University Administration (ZUV) is the University’s key administrative hub. Five departments and eight staff units are continually active there for MUHS in administration,management and services.

Department 1 - Student Affairs

The Student Affairs Department accompanies students from enrollment to graduation. Part of the department is the Student's Service, the Student's and Examination Administration and the International Office.

Department 2 - University Development

The University Development Department assists the Rectorate, faculties and central institutions. It provides specific planning assistance and administrative support in all aspects of university development.

Department 3 - Human Resources

The Department of Human Resources assists in the appointment of professors and the recruiting of employees at MUHS. It supports all members of the university in all issues related to employment.

Department 4 - Research and Transfer

The department is the first point of contact for scientists at MUHS for all questions concerning the acquisition of third-party funds and research funding as well as research management.

Department 5 - Finance

D 5

The department is responsible and the overall point of contact for planning and management of the budget and special funds, accounting, tax and customs matters, management of economic activities and purchasing of goods and service.

Department 6 - Facility Management

The Technical Facility Management division ensures the operating and maintenance of the buildings and facilities of the University and the University Hospital.
