Student Services for prospective students
Student Services provides an extensive offering for prospective students at the Student Services Centre (SSC): Whether answers to “preparatory” questions or advice for new and prospective students – you can find expert contacts for all study-related questions here.
The Student Services Centre (SSC) is open from
Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The SSC hotline is available from
Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Shorter opening hours on 9 September 2025
The SSC will close at midday on 9 September 2025 for operational reasons. All in-person and telephone consultation and service hours will therefore end at 12 p.m.; the distribution of waiting numbers will end at 11:45 a.m. There will be no afternoon consultation hours.
The hotline is currently experiencing technical problems. Our telephone service is only available to a limited extent. If you cannot reach us by phone, please send us an e-mail. We will do our best to find a quick solution! Thank you for your understanding!
