Since April 1, 2013, the new staff unit "Chancellor's Office & Office of the University Council" - located directly at the Chancellor of Marien University Hospital & School - has been in existence.

The new staff office is responsible for all matters concerning the University Council and its committees and commissions. It is also responsible for the Rectorate and the Senate of MUHS as well as for monitoring appointment procedures. Mrs. Cornelia Kemper is in charge of the staff unit.
