For female professors:
As a professor, you are faced with various demands on a daily basis. Particularly with regard to the compatibility of professional work and family matters, individual challenges arise in a wide variety of areas.
The Equal Opportunities Officer, in cooperation with the Personnel Development Department (Administration of the Procedure), offers coaching to strengthen your skills and support you in your career development. This coaching program is a one-to-one advisory setting tailored to individual needs. Here you can systematically analyse issues from your day-to-day work and develop strategies to optimize organizational processes in both a private and professional context.
More and more media inquiries, more and more social media channels: Many members of MUHS are being asked about current topics and are in the public eye. A four-hour camera training course is therefore offered for professional appearances. Two participants at a time learn or professionalize interview techniques and are prepared for dealing with editors and public appearances.
For female scientists:
The Central Equal Opportunities Officer offers female doctoral candidates and postdocs at MUHS 1:1 coaching sessions with a professional coach. The coaching supports the participants in identifying their own career goals and in developing strategies to overcome possible challenges on their career path.
